Paul is dead fucking on with his explication of World Party's "Ship of Fools" (he's offering a download of it this week, too). I've traditionally been a little more partial to Goodbye Jumbo (featuring the cracking single "Way Down Now" and its roaring opening guitar lick), but Private Revolution is also quite sterling. Karl Wallinger is one of the (sadly) least-known great minds of music.
