Dylan Comes Alive!
The headline, a fucking marvel:
"Dylan Earns First No. 1 Album Since 1976"
And it's not just #1 - it sold nearly 200,000 copies! I've been remiss in not mentioning that Modern Times is just ridiculously superb, easily the year's best to my ears.
And this just 2 months after:
"Cash Earns First No. 1 Album Since 1969"
Yeah, I'd say it's been an alright year in some ways. (American V is another of '06's finest to boot.)
